Care for School-Age Children in Elkhorn

Our Elkhorn before and after school care facility provides childcare programs for children up to 12 years old. We offer full-day childcare on days when your child’s school is out and keep them busy with fun activities, so they continue learning and interacting with others while school is out.

e-Learning Options

Many of our school-age children have homework that needs to be completed, so we offer e-learning options to make it easy to get homework done while they’re in our Elkhorn before and after school care. The teachers in this program are experienced and trained to help manage the e-learning within each school district and help the children complete their homework. If they do not have homework, we’ll keep them busy with fun learning activities to let them have fun and stay engaged!

Summer Program

We offer full-day Elkhorn summer childcare programs with many fun activities and field trips to keep them active and learning during their summer break. We use a healthy balance of learning activities as well as fun time to make sure they’re enjoying their summer break while staying engaged and expanding their minds!

Nutrition is a key component to fuel their brain power and make the most out of their time here at Sprouting Minds Elkhorn before and after school care. We value nutrition just as much as education and provide healthy food and snacks for the children to keep them energized and healthy. We use Mid-Day Meals, which is a local company that specializes in food preparation for childcare facilities. They provide a variety of fruits, vegetables, protein, grains, and dairy to ensure each child has a healthy option to choose from.
